It was a stressful and difficult process to cancel out contract. We ended up paying for several months, even when not using their service as we had unwittingly signed up to a rolling contract that can only be cancelled at their next yearly renewal date. Also noticed several times they added extra charges to our almost empty large bin, for "extra weight"
