After four years of working with various waste providers, I can say — hands down — Direct365 has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. We spent nearly three months chasing a basic bin replacement and removal, during which we received no useful communication, no resolution, and no accountability. Despite promises of deliveries, we never received any sharps bins — we had to purchase our own replacements to stay compliant. Even after terminating the contract due to this breach of service, their bins were left on our premises for weeks, uncollected. The most frustrating part? They blamed their third-party supplier, dodged responsibility, and failed to provide even basic documentation like tracking numbers. This is a textbook case of poor coordination, lack of service ownership, and total disregard for their clients’ time and operational needs. Their customer service was slow and dismissive, only responding after escalation. Meanwhile, they continued to chase payment for services they clearly didn’t deliver — adding insult to injury. A different tattoo studio ended up with our bin (driver error), and they were the ones who helped fix this — not Direct365. That says everything you need to know. We’ve wasted hours of time on calls, emails, and internal checks — time we’ll never get back. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. There are providers who understand the meaning of service. This one clearly doesn’t.
