Unable to contact firm / does not communicate.
Telephone number is useless, all options direct you to Website. You cannot speak to a person.
I have sent a number of e-mails with no reply.
DVLA have asked for proof of date of manufacture of bike, which I have asked for from Direct Bikes and had no response. Very poor service and left with a Bike I cannot register and therefore use. On reading other reviews - would say many are fake as they state bike registered in 5 days - DVLA states 4 to 6 weeks. Stay well away from this firm!
