After the sudden passing of my mother. It was hard to decide on a lot of things. Her obituary was so important because it represented her. I made a selection and during preview I changed my mind. I called and Katie was amazing. She was kind and patient. I changed the design but wanted to keep the red cardinal because of its meaning to my family. Katie made that happen. I could not be more pleased. Thank you so much.
