I was impressed first of all with the ease of creating my own memorial card so easily. And all of the choices for my own personalization or wonderful. I did end up making a mistake on the front of the card, and I was frantic to call and get it changed before it went to press, and when I reached them they said that they already saw it and already fixed it and it's gone to press. I had clipped the box that says I understand typos are my problem, but they fixed it anyway. I was so grateful. Everyone loved them and it means a lot to everyone to have this memory. It arrived exactly when they said it would no delays. I will use them again
