I have no complaint with the product or the overall delivery time, but I was emailed telling me that my order would be delivered on a specific day and that i could find a specific one hour delivery slot - the order did not arrive and the delivery slot information was never available. So I wrote to you on 3 separate occasions but did not receive even the courtesy of a reply or an apology. Very poor customer service indeed.
