SimplyRun were great when I was purchasing a GPS watch for my partner. After chatting in stores about the different ones available, I ordered online after looking at the selections. Unfortunately the supplier of the watch, after ordering, where being very unspecific about stock delivery and the order was very delayed. As I was purchasing for a Christmas present, SimplyRun offered some alternative watches for me to order instead. I choose an alternative and went in store to pick it up and pay the balance, but because of the problems, they didn't charge me extra for this more expensive watch. The customer service was very good and they dealt with the problems with my order really well.
