Was easy to order and check out from the webpage. Sadly the item was out of stock and took over a week to ship. I called up customer support who explained the situation.
The shipping itself was a bit of a nightmare but that was more of a problem with UKMail (The courier service) where the driver skipped my house and left a message that I wasn't around.
