Love the products and prices but wish they would stop using FedEx (next-day) as both times they have been used for delivery I have waited for days with no updates from Fedex and no response to messages sent. Fortunately Discount Cream were responsive on both occasions and helped me out, but the extra admin and delays are not great for my business. I will use Discount Cream again but not if I need stock urgently.
