I have previously ordered from this company with absolutely no issues, however this time around i’m shocked with the service. I ordered an item for a birthday (25 days in advance), and I did not receive my order at all. Not only did I not receive my item, during the waiting period I tried to make contact with the company multiple times and did not gain a response. Eventually after gaining a valuable response, I received a refund for my missing product. I am devastated I did not get my item as it was the perfect birthday gift.
