I've bought from here quite a few times now and normally have a good experience. This time however, my package was delayed because it was damaged in transit, which is understandable but I had to contact the company myself to get a replacement sent out. That should have been automatic. Then I didn't get everything I ordered. I had ordered 3 peach syrups and only received 1, and I got a random other flavour I didn't ask for. And I was charged for 3 of the peach. The other items were correct. But it was quite disappointing to not get what I'd asked for and I had to contact the company again to get a partial refund and the peach syrup was sold out so I couldn't even get it replaced. The items I did get were excellent quality as always and I am otherwise happy with my purchase.
