Error with payment in EUR (had to convert to GBP online to pay!) resulted in email being sent to me stating that because I had failed to pay in EUR, my order had to be cancelled and replaced. Whole experience was unnecessarily complicated, had to complete a bank transfer for the given amount after thinking I had successfully placed my order. Inconvenient but staff apologised.
