I have been using Disposable Medical Instruments Ltd for many years. The quality of the scissors is exceptional. This time however the delay in delivery let them down. From ordering it took over a month to receive my full order. Three different deliveries before my order was complete. Customer service were always very friendly and helpful. Can I recommend asking the couriers to leave a card as to where orders have been left when clients aren't at home . The past two have been left with neighbours and I had absolutely no idea. It's kind for people to accept them but unfair to expect them to bring them to me.
