Very sweet and understanding owner, I bought a good few items and unfortunately one got lost from the package but she was quick to reply to me and send the lost item straight away, very kind lady lovely little business I loved the prices of everything considering most places are charging a fortune for this type of stuff especially in this living crisis it’s hard to get art supplies for a good price was very surprised to see these prices and shocked I didn’t know about it sooner! This place deserves more acknowledgement for being very reasonable and a kind warning service. A few emails back and fourth showed me how lovely the owner is just doing honest work for the people 10/10
