I ordered the disposable champagne glasses and they arrived damaged. I made contact with the team to discuss and provided pictures. They advised they would either send a replacement or provide a full refund and I opted for the refund. They further advised I would need to send the items back which is no issue, however I requested they provide a stamp so I can return the item as per their request. I have not heard back from the team and I am extremely disappointed.
