As I tried to get my simple questions about the process answered, all they were concerned about was telling me about the premium package. They reached out to me multiple times about that and eventually I caved and just paid the upgrade.
Immediately afterward, they became much harder to reach. I called 5 times over the course of a week and never heard back, never got those questions answered and had to go with a different service altogether. I feel scammed.
