Rather than answer my questions, they were much more interested in trying to upsell me to the premium service. I finally caved and paid the extra money, and then suddenly I could barely reach them anymore. I told them several times that I wasn't sure if my ex would contest the divorce or not, they assured me it wasn't a problem (a flat lie, I can't proceed in the forms without a great deal of information that only my ex-wife has, and won't share) They also indicated that the premium service was a one-time payment that would take care of everything. It's not, its a subscription. Total scam.
