It's a 'friendly' website! I hadn't used it before and my first impressions are all positive. The Faithfull pipe bender and carrying bag arrived quickly and in good nick. I haven't used it yet but it looks just as it appeared in the picture: very solid and well-made. I chose this make and model also because I wanted one that can be clamped in a vice, and the FAI 15/22, as described on the DIY website, was the only that has this feature. Last but not least, it was considerably cheaper than anywhere else.
