Good products, reasonable prices. I ordered 3 items, the 2 smaller items came via a courier that emailed me with precise details of when they would arrive - I waited in, they arrived on time, excellent. But the larger item was coming direct from the supplier using a different courier with no indication of when it would arrive. The day I waited in only the smaller items arrived, the next day I had to go out, and got back to a missed delivery note. I eventually managed to get hold of the courier and rearrange delivery, but it was a bit of a nuisance. If possible could DIY Doctor ask their suppliers to use couriers that provide tracking info? Other than that no issues and would definitely shop with DIY Doctor again.
