I have used your company several times and usually had very good service from DIYCARSERVICEPARTS. However, my latest order (Inv no 1459992) for a set of spark plugs was shipped First Class in the morning of Monday 13th November but not received until Friday 17th. In addition, the tracking number supplied was invalid. My previous order (Inv no 1459020) arrived within 48hrs with a valid tracking number.
