Had to wait 10days for my order to arrive. Sent them an email to chase it up and didn’t receive a reply. Just happened to arrive same day I sent email. Nevertheless still expected a message back.
Haven’t opened parcel yet so hopefully all as ok.
Maybe they are a good company but this is my experience so far.
