Great value car parts and good customer service. I ordered 4 glow plugs and received my order confirmation shortly after. I called to chase my order after a week and was advised only 3 plugs in stock with new stock several weeks away.
I asked for the 3 and refund for the missing one which was processed very quickly by a lovely lady on the phone.
Parts arrived next day and refunded very quickly.
