Order placed on 19Jun24 11:34 (#353879) using 10 min mails - hate spam! The system accepted the order but couldn’t finish registration process with the same email. Yet I received order confirmation e-mailed. Called Friday 20Jun24, to hear: We have only the spark plugs, the rest of the parts are with vendors, will call to check… Asked the question if I am going to have them on Monday 24Jun24, no definitive answer! Called Tuesday 25Jun24 9:14 am to hear: I have to check will call back… And after 10 min - The vendor will get the filter on Friday, would you like to split the order? I gave the lady a choice to have my order refunded £63,32 or my parts (without the filter obviously) tomorrow-26Jun24. Her words were: you’ll get all but the filter tomorrow! 27Jun24. On Wednesday 27Jun24 16:23 called again to ask where my order/refund is, To hear the system has it recorded as posted Today, as it was too late to ship yesterday!?!? She was about to check with the person in charge… Heard nothing after!!! Monday 10 AM post delivery from DIYCarparts…Explained to the postman the situation he marked it as refused on the street! I got partial refund Tuesday 2n July. Summary, TimeWasters, far from professional and serve to customer pure lies even after they knew, they messed up! I will not recommend, No matter who sees what!
