Delivered a faulty spanner, too narrow between the jaws, It happens. However after sending pictures as a 'gesture of goodwill' they refunded the cost of the spanner, no postage! Also said they had measured all the other 13mm spanners on the shelf and they all measured 13.00mm between the jaws. I don't think they realise that a 13mm spanner should be slightly larger than 13mm, it's called a tolerance! So I take that as a blatant lie!
Now they are not replying to any emails from me!
