Product was great, it did take longer to arrive than I expected but the customer team did respond straight away to my email chasing delivery and offered to get a replacement to me for Christmas if it didn't arrive. Always reassuring when you get a swift response to a question and an immediate solution offered without any fuss. Would recommend
