Brought a sweatshirt for my step son almost 2 weeks ago. I did have an email saying they are getting my order ready.
I have emailed them and haven't heard anything.
I don't have alot of money and I'm absolutely gutted after now reading the reviews.
I doudt I will get the jumper now but just a question
How long until the item arrived?
Do I report it to my bank and hopefully get my money back?
£30 may not be alot but that's 4 hours work for me.
Im so upset.
