Worst letting agent at Edinburgh
Thankfully, we won the dispute - beware of this agency!
They attempted to deduct a significant amount from our deposit for unnecessary cleaning. When we expressed our intention to go through the dispute process, they were clearly trying to intimidate us.
Be warned: This agent clearly favours the landlord’s side and conducts biased, inaccurate inventory checks. If you are renting through them, document everything meticulously - you will need it.
