Poor communication and never ending change of staff. Reporting repair work you go onto their site to do it but no confirmation of email or even if you have reported the repair that needs doing. End of tenancy took nearly 3 months to get my deposit back for it to change 4 x times as what needed fixing in the house. This was from floor cleaning, cooker cleaning, cupboard cleaning garden prooning settled in the end for garden prooning
