DJ Alexander were our agents for a property in Aberdeen for around a year. It used to be managed by Aberdein Considine who were excellent but they sold their letting side to DJ Alexander. I can honestly say they are the worst company we have ever used. They frequently made errors with accounts eg sent us bills for completely different properties. And they were extremely slow in getting works organised and generally unhelpful with the process. Everything we asked them to do was too much trouble - basically they do as little as they can get away with. On top of that communication was terrible. I would highly recommend you find someone else to manage your property.
