Having waited over two months to have three pictures framed the frames had a veneer strip. The veneer on every frame had been joined (not very well, with an unacceptable gap) and I was told this was a ‘feature’. No way this was a feature and in my opinion this was a faulty frame. However they couldn’t guarantee to replace them with no gaps so took our business elsewhere.
