I ordered a tuxedo jacket and trousers in two different sizes. I kept one throat fitted and returned the other one.
I had an email stating that my account will be refunded within 2-3 business days……that was two weeks ago and I have not received any money.
I have emailed and chased but not had any reply whatsoever. The customer service is so bad. They’re holding onto my money! Don’t shop here.
