I tried several times to submit a negative review of a doctor, each one adhering to the guidelines, but the reviews never showed up on the website. I looked at the reviews for several other doctors, and found that they are all positive. This leads me to believe, as the other reviewer here states, that only positive reviews are approved. This renders Doctoralia utterly redundant as a 'reviews' site: it's more akin to a collection of glowing testimonials for a given doctor, and gives no objective impression of patient satisfaction or the given doctor's competence.
