booked a item to be picked up tuesday, but courier did not come until wednesday late afternoon and delivered the item to our customer at 10.20PM. Customer was very angry about this.
no communication as he did not pick up our phone,
also very disappointed in shiply for hiring these kind of unreliable couriers and courier and will not recommend to other business partners who are also in the same trade.
