I was disappointed after choosing a quote to have the company come back to me and say that the price for the conservatory that I wanted collecting was not enough as they though it was only one piece so I paid £13.00 to you for no service as I did not get the item transported and had to make my own arrangements.
I was told by the company that I could claim my money back from you.
I would like a return of my £13.00.
