Because of extremely unfavorable commission plans, doing business with them has been a major financial ordeal for the last seven months. I have received really bad customer service, especially from the person in charge of my account. They lack knowledge of trading, they aren't supportive enough, and they keep asking for more money when I try to withdraw which was so sad.
