I was so impressed by the customer service I received! The item I ordered was out of stock until the following week. I was notified immediately and offered a substitution, and I chose to wait. Within the week I was notified that my item was now in stock and two days later it was delivered. I couldn’t ask for more! And I know the sling I ordered will help me and my dog when we’re out and about! Thank you for all your attention and help!
