I bought a couple of head collars from Dogmatic. One fits fine but the head collar for my Cocker Spaniel is Badley sized. Bought a size 3 which nearly fitted, returned that and went down a size only to find out the the neck strap was even longer. Phoned several times because Customer Service took days to reply and when I did speak to someone they said it was nothing to do with them and that the only way was through email. I’ve sent them photos and when I sent the first one back gave them measurements of neck and muzzel. Well nearly 2 weeks later and I still haven’t got any where. Also my head collar had been used. Such a shame as the head collar it’s self was really well made and we’ve bought from them before many years ago. When Customer Service reply they can’t even put their name. So unprofessional.
