Awful collar, measured puppy as shown on website, when collar arrived we took our reactive puppy for a walk we had only been out a few minutes when we saw other dogs to which she reacted and the head collar flew off !!!! Luckily I was quick enough to grab her collar other wise the out come would have been very different ! Sent collar back as NO answers to message for help only to get the collar returned to me . Abysmal customer service. Complete waste of money !!
