If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I was very impressed with the customer service when needing to exchange sizes. The sent out the replacement the same day they received the return from me.
The collar is excellent quality and although I have a little training ahead of me, I can already tell its going to be a significantly better head collar than the previous type we used.
