We bought a new headcollar after using them for several years. Whilst on a walk the headcollar snapped which resulted in my dog fighting with another and me left with a £500.00 vet bill. The customer service from Dogmatic was absolutely appalling. They assured us that they had never had a case of the collar snapping and that our dog must have chewed it! Reading these reviews I can see thaey have had problems. Zoe doesn't speak to anyone it would seem and to top it all we returned the headcollar for testing but surprise surprise they say they have never received it! We still have photographic evidence thankfully. I would not use them again and would advise others not to use them either. Disgraceful service.
