The website is user friendly. When I made an inquiry about my order they were very quick to respond. Very friendly and the order was delivered on time as promised. What I do not understand is that they sent me 2 of the dvd's I ordered. Apparently at no extra charge. Not that I am complaining! Now I can watch the same dvd twice.
