Really dissapointed in this company. Their customer service is SHOCKING. They sent me my order without the free item of a cycling short set and will not acknowledge the discrepancy. The strawberry dress I received had a manufacturing issue of the lace not attached to the tulle, so no checking of their items. They refused a post about mystery boxes being terrible fabric stating it isn't dollywears?! Never pay full price for anything, it'll be on sale again in a week and deals of not paying postage etc will happen too. It's so frustrating when they stop answering and think that's the end of it. My order wasn't fulfilled at the end of the day, I wouldn't have purchased if the deal wasn't on. To then go on to not fulfill the order over a £5 cycling set after being a loyal customer for years... Disgusting.
