Awful experience, received a pair of pyjamas age 3-4 for my daughter who’s 2yrs and there that tight so screamed for me to take them off! Sizing is off, I emailed for a returns label, no reply emailed again still no reply, customer service is shocking, after sending multiple emails I’ve put in a claim against them, might only be £10 but it’s the principle. They’ve the had the audacity to email me saying I’ve put in a claim against them but haven’t reached out to them? Are they joking I’ve sent 5+ emails!!! Their acting dumb be very very carful when ordering from this website, surely they can’t get away with treating customers like this!
