Disgrace of a company! I ordered an item and the incorrect item arrived. I emailed multiple times and it took me to emailing saying that I was going to go through my bank to get the money back for them to reply. They asked me to send the item back, which I had to pay for, they told me once they received it back they would refund plus the postage… I never received the refund for the postage. Albeit it was only £3.65, it’s not the point and completely unfair when it wasn’t my fault. I will never order from this company again.
