Typically the writers are excellent but recently they do not seem to read the description box and then don't ask questions about your paper. The last piece I received, got me an F so not really happy about that. an entire rubric was attached and I even reiterated or highlighted some points to cover. Sometimes I already send them the article so they do not have to go looking and even provide more than several days to work on the paper. I try to remain in communication with them through chat. I would say DO NOT RELY SO MUCH ON THEM.
