Other than the experience from the delivery company, this was a great purchase 5*. Regarding the delivery this is what I sent to Donaghy Bros rep: This is very disappointing Name. Very disappointing. How do these people get paid doing a job like this? I cannot express how disappointed I am and this does reflect on the overall experience I have as your customer. Not sure what you can do to ensure you get the right people to deliver for you. Obviously their behaviour too represents the overall experience I have as your customer. Whether I recommend your business to other people depends on how the overall experience I am faced with. Not happy at all to be honest.
