I ordered a fridge freezer over 9 days ago, there has been no update on my order despite the salesman indicating it would arrive to the storer within a couple of days plus a further few days for shipping to UK. I have an account but it is not updated from when it was opened with the order remaining 'pending'. Rather frustrating
