The shipping company has damaged in transit my expensive machine (for which I have paid extra to be shipped on an agreed date). It damaged and either waiting 2 weed from the return to get a replacement or refund after the item is back in their warehouse. Despite it was not a Donaghy B fault, they couldn't manage better a customer that has paid upfront for an expensive item.
