Item ordered was out of stock, but they went out of their way to help with alternative, or wait till re-stock, or refund. Most retailers would not take this sort of personalised interest. In the end, cancelled due to my circumstances, not because of anything relating to retailer. Had I gone ahead, their price was a market beater, and I do search thoroughly before ordering. Only 4 stars rather than 5 as I can't comment on delivery etc, but expect it would have been without problems. Would certainly use again if still best price on something in the future.
