My order of a gas Hob from Donaghy Bros was dispatched on time but no tracking information was provided. Before dispatch I gave specific details about restricted access to the delivery address (weight limitation) and how to contact me (on my Spanish mobile phone).
After dispatch I waited for delivery company to contact me. They never did. Eventually Donaghy Bros said they had contacted their delivery sub-contractor and arranged delivery to be made more than a week late on 8 December 2020. No delivery came and nobody called. Requested a refund on 9 December and this was received to my credit card on the 10 December( hence two stars).
